Mariposa Paint Out

Town of Mariposa – Hosted by Sierra Artists Gallery

Celebrate Mariposa’s charm through art at the inaugural Mariposa Paint Out! From golden hills to historic storefronts, artists from across the region will set up easels outdoors to capture the town’s landscapes and spirit in real time.

Stroll through scenic streets and countryside to watch painters in action, engage with their creative process, and enjoy the sights of this open-air festival. The weekend also features four hands-on workshops led by renowned artists Christine Obers, Penny Otwell, Danjie Wei, and Veronica Gross—open to all ages and skill levels.

Located at Yosemite’s doorstep, Mariposa is the perfect canvas for art lovers and a unique destination for a creative weekend getaway.
